Any three hour time frame: Sunday through Thursday Anytime: $1,500 flat rate ($400/hour for add'l hours) Friday/Saturday 8:00 AM - 9:30 PM $1,800 flat rate ($500/hour for add'l hours) Surcharges apply after 9:30pm.
Terms: Sales tax of 9% added to applicable items. 20% service charge added to catering, and beverages. 20% deposit due when agreement signed. Headcount changes allowed 7 days prior to event. Final payment due 5 days prior to event. Age 21+ always.
Pricing does not apply to the holiday season; the last weekend of November through the week before Christmas.
